Wild Rice Pheasant
Fry pheasant breasts floured with salt and pepper in oil.
Mix 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of chicken, 1 pkg. of Zataran
wild rice,1 can water chestnuts, 1 can mushrooms, 2 1/2 cans of water.
Pour over the fried pheasant in a glass casserole. Sprinkle 1 envelope of
dry Lipton Onion Soup mix on top (do not stir in). Bake at 320
for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
Creamed Pheasant
Fry pheasant, floured, salt and peppered in oil. Pour off oil. Pour
heavy whipping cream over the top and simmer or bake
slow 250 to 275 for at least 1 hr.
